Accountability Coaching -Weekly
Accountability means being held responsible for your actions.
I will help you stick to your short term intentions so you can reach your long term goals!
This plan will give you DAILY (M-F) 6am-8pm accountability check-ins with Staci via text.
Staci’s coaching can help you :
*Set specific, measurable, and realistic goals.
*Follow up with you regularly and stay on top of your progress.
*Remind you to celebrate your successes.
*Help you analyze your setbacks.
*Provide support and strategies to improve your performance.
We will work around these four tendencies. Each person typically falls into one of these categories.
1. Upholders respond readily to outer and inner expectations.
2. Rebels resist all expectations, outer and inner alike
3. Obligers meet outer expectations, but struggle to meet expectations they impose on themselves.
4. Questioners question all expectations; they’ll meet an expectation if they think it makes sense--essentially, they make all expectations into inner expectations.After you have signed up we will schedule a consultation to set up your personal accountability action plan!
