Hybrid Core Class
This class features signature core moves developed by Staci combined with Pilates & Yoga to create a diverse & challenging routine to help you develop the core you have always wanted!
These sessions when purchased in a package can be used in conjunction with the M/W/F 6:30pm - 7:30pm Small GROUP workouts!
We do provide mats, towels, rings and other ancillary equipment, but feel free to bring your own if you would like!. Upon signing up - you will be activated into the Motiv8nu APP to BOOK yourself into a class that you would like to attend. Please feel free to contact Staci with any questions!
All sales final. Sessions expire after one year from date of purchase.
