Month to Month ONLINE training with Motiv8nU

FOR non Competitors only 

This program includes ONE month of very comprehensive online personal training, nutrition program and support. You will have your own private account in the Private MOTIV8NU  APP.  We will communicate as often as needed via text and the APP.  My  App will contain gathered data from you, weekly progress pictures, grocery lists, pertinent articles and PDFs that I have prepared for you over 31 years of experience - This info is specific to your needs and questions  You will have your own daily workouts that are designed and programed for you by myself and my  Motiv8nu™ team, along with all of your meals, macros, and treat meal plans of attack!  You will be added to our private team Facebook group and given access to all of our Team discount and amenities through our team sponsors and partners such as Pride Nutrition, Trust Nutrition. I pride myself in being available to you and creating the most PERSONAL online experience you will find. You may add Small Group training sessions to this plan or private training sessions!

Please note there is a a minor up charge per month for Nutritional specialty needs. This will be an option to add to your shopping cart.
