Motiv8nu Virtual Training

Are you working out at home? Are you a beginner with limited equipment and need help to get started?  Did you set up an awesome garage gym during a pandemic and need a bit of guidance? Do you have a good handle on what you are doing but occasionally need Staci to give you that extra push, or a new workout to spice up your fitness routine... are you unable to do private in-person sessions in the Motiv8nu Studio but want to meet with Staci as in person as you can?

If you said YES to any of those questions - this is an option for you! 

1 hour VIRTUAL training session in your home or home gym - $50.00
 4 (1 hour) VIRTUAL training sessions -  $180.00
 8 (1 hour) VIRTUAL training sessions -  $370.00
12 (1 hour) VIRTUAL training sessions-  $560.00
16 (1 hour) VIRTUAL training sessions-  $750.00 - (this package comes with the below mentioned upgrades built in)

One-on-one VIRTUAL sessions will be with Staci and she will be in her studio. These virtual packages come with a nutrition consultation and access to the Free Motiv8nu APP only for clients and a full workout bank. You will will have the ability to upgrade this program by adding on the monthly Nutrition piece ($45) and / or the FULL month workout schedule ($30) (all within the APP) 

The Motiv8nu APP UPGRADE and Staci provide a very comprehensive online and in person- personal training, nutrition program and support system.  You are in check EVERY day not just the days you meet in the studio.  We will communicate as often as needed along with weekly check-ins! You will be able to upload weekly progress pictures in the APP,  access grocery lists and pertinent articles specific to your needs and questions.

I also share a personal dropbox folder with you that will house gathered data from you. Your account in the Motiv8nu APP provides you with  personalized daily workouts that are designed and programed for you by myself and my  Motiv8nu™ team.  You will be added to our private team Facebook group and given access to all of our Team discount and amenities through our team sponsors and partners.
